Del Oro Groves Estates Code Compliance
Del Oro Groves Estates HOA is a volunteer organization with no authority to enforce code compliance. However we do encourage neighbors to work out issues if possible. The HOA Board has ideas and support information. However, if you need to file a complaint or concern then the City of Clearwater Code Enforcement Division enforce compliance with fines to encourage compliance.

Hello,
I hope this email finds you well. I heard back from our attorney on this issue, and he has stated, the City does not regulate signs based on the content of those signs because the Supreme Court has held that this would violate the First Amendment. In addition to that, Courts have held that profanity specifically is protected speech under the First Amendment. Based on that, the City cannot regulate a sign on private property simply because the sign contains profanity.
I hope this helps answer your questions. If you need anything addition, please feel free to reach out.
