Del Oro Groves Estates Association offers the following active Board/Committees. If you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or would like to be a volunteer for any of the committees, please contact the Chairperson. Your input as a Del Oro Groves resident is greatly needed & appreciated!
All Del Oro Groves Estates residents are welcome and encouraged to attend any of the board meetings. It's a very casual, friendly forum to express your ideas or suggestions about the community!

March 11th – Board Meeting & planning for Picnic – 7:30pm
March 22nd – Neighborhood Day Picnic – 12:30pm Prayer and 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Spring Newsletter ready to distribute by March 15th.
April 8th – Board Meeting 7:30pm
April 12th – Car Show – Pancake Breakfast, 9:00am -1:00pm
May Board Meeting 20th – 7:30pm (Wrap-up)
Sept. Board Meeting – 9th 7:30pm
Oct. Board Meeting – 14th 7:30pm
Fall Newsletter Deadline (Oct 31st) Ready to distribute by November 15th.
Nov. 1st – Garage Sale (8 am till about 2pm)
Nov 7th Fall back in time Gathering 6pm-9pm
Nov 13th- ANNUAL MEETING for Members only at 7:00pm (Zoom Meeting) Send email for invitation
Bow Installation – Nov 28th,29th & 30th
Gold Cart parade and holiday caroling – (Dec 1st 2025) - 5:30pm
New Year Party – Jan 4th (TIME TBD but typically 7-10 pm)

Adorning our mailboxes with beautiful bows for the Holiday season.

Spreading cheer and warm wishes to our elderly neighbors during the Holiday season.
Holiday Neighborhood Block Party Committee
Chairperson: Cathy Breen and Karen Reames
An evening of food, festivities, and fun with our neighborhood. All residents are welcome!
Ladies Bunco Group
Chairperson: Catherine Monohan
Bunco is held on the 1st Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m, unless otherwise notified. The December Bunco meeting collects funds that go for gift cards and goodies for some of our residents in need of holiday cheer.
Landscape Award
Chairpersons: The Breen Family
Each month the Landscape Awards Committee selects the best-looking yard in the neighborhood for the Del Oro Groves Landscape Award. At the HOA Annual Meeting, we draw from a hat, the names of monthly winners that are also paid members of the HOA. The winner is given a nice gift card.
